Jirina is employed by AT&T as a 911 Project Manager. Her first camera was a Canon 40D, which she tried to use for about a month and then exchanged it for a Canon 50D. She notes that the differences were subtle, but a little more user friendly for a newbie and she still shoots with the 50D today.  She has been into photography for about 4 years. She became interested when she got wedding pictures back from her photographer and felt they could use some touchups. After learning Photoshop she soon wanted to take pictures instead of just editing them. She has taken a couple photo classes at Livermore Community College and likes to photograph many different things. Jirina has been in the camera club for about half a year and is currently at club level B. She enjoys animals, and is a volunteer photo editor for the Kerry Blue Terrier Foundation website. She also enjoys cooking, running and mma.
